Senior Engineer Loads Control (m/f/d)

<p>YOUR TASKS</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Be part of the multidisciplinary team that designs the wind power plant distributed controller in the wind turbine and power plant level</li> <li>Collaborate with aerodynamic, electrical and mechanical egineers in orden to meet the design requirements.</li> <li>Develop new algorithms for certyfing new turbines COE driven for load reduction and improving the grid integration of the wind power plant</li> <li>Perform simulations to assess and validate the controller solution.</li> <li>Support the controller integration and validation in the different targets</li> <li>Investigate and analyse complex control issues in the fleet and develop corrective actions</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Degree/Mater in Mechanical, Control, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering field</li> <li>High knowledge on Control Design Techniques (QFT, Robust Control, MIMO)</li> <li>High level of English. Ideally skills in German and Spanish</li> <li>Desirable knowledge on Load Analysis with aeroelastic codes</li> <li>More than 5 years of experience in a similar position</li> <li>Experience with Mechanical and Electrical Systemas modelling with Matlab/Simylink, ControlSystem, Simscape</li> <li>Experience with wind farm wake control-oriented modelling tools (Floris, FAST.Farm)</li> <li>Desirable SW and programming skills in C/C ++, IEC 61131-3 (ST), Python, Git</li> <li>Independent, reliable and systematic way of working.
