JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bar Leadership & Beverage Program Execution

Lead daily bar operations and ensure the bar team delivers consistent, high-quality beverage service aligned with the restaurant’s concept and service standards.

Execute and maintain the cocktail program, including classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and seasonal beverage offerings.

Ensure all cocktails and beverages are prepared according to established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.

Collaborate with Beverage Leadership and Culinary teams to support menu development, seasonal beverage features, and pairing recommendations.

Assist with development and testing of new cocktails, garnishes, and beverage presentations that enhance the guest experience and support the brand identity.

Maintain high standards of bar setup, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout service.

Financial Accountability

Support management in controlling beverage cost of goods (COGS) through responsible product usage, inventory awareness, and waste reduction.

Assist with ordering, receiving, and managing bar inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing overstock and product loss.

Monitor product usage and communicate inventory needs to management in a timely manner.

Support beverage profitability through responsible pouring, portion control, and accurate POS entry.

Encourage suggestive selling and premium spirit upgrades to increase beverage revenue and guest check averages.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & FLOOR SERVICE

Deliver exceptional bar and table service that reflects the restaurant’s hospitality culture and service standards.

Engage guests with confident beverage recommendations including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options.

Provide knowledgeable guidance on classic cocktails, spirits, and house specialties.

Maintain a welcoming, professional, and polished presence behind the bar and while interacting with guests.

Handle guest concerns related to beverage service promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive dining experience.

Support VIP guests, special occasions, and high-profile ta
