THE JOB:

As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE:Ā $14.1045 hourly, plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Efficiently and accurately take and serve drinks in the pool area
Place orders, garnish, and serve cocktails to guests
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
Be well-versed in hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities to accurately address guest inquiries
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
1 year prior experience as a cocktail and/or food & beverage server, preferably in a pool environment.
In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience.
Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.
Comfortable with working outside in various weather conditions.
