Job Description

As a C&F Manager for the Sales Market you are responsible for all C&F related activities and for managing and developing your team through coaching and strong leadership. Together with the Regional Head of C&F, you will set a long-term strategy for your Market and you will be responsible for driving and set targets to secure that that strategy is implemented and goals achieved.

Qualifications

We are looking for a results-driven person with great communication skills, capable of inspiring and coaching their teams and drive the lead through change. We need someone with an open mindset and great curiosity who has a desire to keep developing and improving themselves, renewing their skills and learning from feedback.

What you need to succeed:

• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry.
• Have a good understanding about technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety, facility or construction management techniques.
• Experience managing a team. 
• English full proficiency, Spanish is considered strongly benecial.
