What You’ll Do
Position Summary
The Patient Growth Manager, known internally as the Neighborhood Engagement Manager reports to the SVP of Growth and is responsible for developing relationships with key local organizations, businesses, and individuals within their assigned neighborhood and managing a team of Neighborhood Engagement Consultants to accelerate patient acquisition opportunities. This individual is expected to identify & engage with prospective, review personal and team metrics daily, support all ongoing growth initiatives, coach team members and ensure their team operates seamlessly and successfully. Essential responsibilities consist of but not all inclusive:
Responsibilities
- Drives membership growth for their designated Suvida Neighborhood Center. Leads a team of growth-minded individuals who engage potential patients and educate them on our value proposition and healthcare model. Operates as a player-coach, engaging prospects and driving new member enrollment alongside team.
- Develops a pipeline of prospective patients through multiple grass roots activities, including:
- Participation in a variety of local community outreach/marketing activities and events including health fairs, presentations at senior buildings, activities at churches and food pantries, and any place where older adults may benefit from learning about Suvida Healthcare service offerings
- Canvassing, or going door to door, in the neighborhoods where we have clinics in the vicinity to meet with patients and their families to educate on the Suvida model and value proposition.
- Soliciting and following up on patient referrals
- Following up on warm leads generated through marketing efforts
- Providing tours of Suvida Healthcare Center locations
- Thorough and consistent documentation in Salesforce (CRM)
- Oversees and achieves designated center-level monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and growth targets, as articulated by management.
- Leverages CRM tool to manage personal and team performance. Works to revive dormant leads through fresh outreach as well as identify and address low performance using the CRM.
- Cultivates collaborative relationships with insurance agents, social workers and social service providers, and senior centers to ensure Suvida is top-of-mind when working with Hispanic senior patients in need of a primary care provider. Engages community of
