Slot Services Supervisor/Dual Rate Shift Manager - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Job Duties

• Responsible for direct supervision of Slot Attendants including training and monitoring job performance.
• Oversees authorization of requests for jackpot/hopper fills and payouts of manual jackpots and hopperfills.
• Ensures that direct reports comply with all regulatory requirements regarding slot machines.
• Makes  minor repairs on slot machines when necessary
• Ensures that slot service staff provides Family Style Service at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• This position can be located on organization chart C-2.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in slot repair or slot service required.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Basic knowledge of AS400 and related computer systems required.
• Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.

 

 

Job Duties

• Oversees slot service staff during assigned shift.
• Ensures that direct reports comply with all regulatory requirements regarding slot machines.
• Resolves customer disputes. 
• Supervises, trains and monitors performance of direct reports.
• Ensures that slot service staff provides the Family Style Service at all times.
• In the absence thereof, this position has the authority to function in the capacity of the Director Slot Operations in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D 1.11.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• This position can be located on organization chart C-2.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two years electronics school equivalent preferred.
• Three years progressive management experience in slot repair or slot service required.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Basic knowledge of AS400 and related computer systems required.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.
