About this opportunity

Welcome to the Car Proposition team. We add value by offering the right solutions to our partners and customers. As the Product Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in working with the full Value Chain in Car Finance from Sales to IT to enhance customer experience. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop applications and digital capabilities
• Translate business needs to development needs 
• Innovate and transform our business using new technology 
• Follow car market trends and regulatory requirements 
• Maintain knowledge of different products and local requirements
• Drive different initiatives including the roll-outs
• Facilitate relevant risk reviews of processes, products or services

You’ll join a Nordic team located in all the Nordic countries together with Product Owners and Project Managers, and be the glue between Business Line and Nordea Finance IT. This role is based in Oslo, Norway. Nordea offers flexible working conditions but requires at least 3 office days per week.

• Have gained knowledge of finance business from corporate or consumer market
• Can easily connect with people from the full value chain 
• Are good at making conclusions and creating plans
• Are execution oriented focusing on creating business value
• Can lead and facilitate using English as working language

Your experience and background:

• Hold relevant technical or commercial degree
• Worked in a global setup
• Experience and/or certifications on SAFe, PM, PO or Scrum
• Experience of large system implementations and/or digital customer flow development is considered as beneficial
