The Sr. Market/Research Analyst is a key member of the ENT Strategy and Marketing Analytics team contributing to strategic analytics/research/CI that will enable data-driven marketing and business decision making. This role will lead and provide solutions to a wide range of complex business situations that span the global ENT marketplace. The Sr. Market/Research Analyst must possess the ability to compile, digest and articulate data, and simplify it into a meaningful story that will impact on our strategies and tactics.  They will participate and sometimes lead cross functional discussions with individuals from a wide variety of geographies, functions, and levels throughout the organization in gaining and providing market analytic information. Provide market analytics for quarterly business reviews and analytics requests.  Act as a key member of the Strategic Plan teams, providing insights from analytics for the global market. Provide analytics support for Enrich (market assessment tool) opportunity modeling and product prioritization analyses. Make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data acquisition and analysis processes

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs analysis in the areas of product preferences, market size, penetration, competitor assessments, marketing practices and trends, and prepares forecasts and recommendations.
  • Research market conditions in assigned areas to determine potential sales of a product or service.
  • Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their strategies, prices, sales, and method of operation.
  • Maintains databases and data feeds informing dashboards, sales data/compensation, and troubleshoots usability
  • Create/maintain excel forecasting/financial models
  • Serves as point of contact for key external venders and partners
  • May compile and analyze statistical data on past sales and trends to forecast future trends
  • Responsible for creating presentations and reporting results along with strategic recommendations based on data interpretations.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least 4 years of relevant experience in analytics, marketing, finance, business development or, master’s degree with 2+ years of experience

Nice to Have:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an analytics role in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, finance, biotech or health care strategy
  • Proficiency with MS Excel – experience in financial modeling
  • Comfortable dealing with large amounts of data from diverse sources
  • Attention to detail – work should be professional, accurate and well-documented Job Description: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$88,800.00 - $133,200.
