Schedule: Mon-Fri 0600-1400

The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Strong computer skills
• Comfortable on phone and radio
• Great customer service skills needed
• Punctual
• Must be able to navigate a computer/learn systems
• Needs to be able to make decisions quickly and notify the police if necessary
• All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
