Senior Product Manager

Position Summary...

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of supply chain technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on Transportation Management Systems (TMS). You’ll drive data-informed product decisions, define and execute product roadmaps, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-centric innovation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering measurable value across the supply chain ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Leverage data analytics to support decision-making for supply chain products, with a strong focus on Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Analyze key metrics such as adoption, feature usage, churn, and satisfaction to inform product direction.
• Conduct customer research, journey mapping, and process optimization to identify and address gaps in product experiences. Deliver value while aligning with business goals.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps for TMS and related supply chain solutions. Use Agile methodologies to prioritize backlogs, manage trade-offs, and drive MVP rollouts and iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to align on product goals and execution plans.
• Drive product vision and strategy by articulating problem statements, framing hypotheses, and exploring new opportunities for innovation in the supply chain domain.
• Lead product discovery and go-to-market planning, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Coordinate product development activities, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and feedback loops.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with product and feature analytics, data analysis tools, and modern industry practices related to supply chain and TMS.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric design, design thinking, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to build and communicate product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead Agile product development cycles.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and software quality assurance practices.
• Domain expertise in supply chain operations, particularly in transportation management, with awareness of industry trends and best practices.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering impactful solutions.
