Job Summary 

Serves as senior-level lead worker in the day-to-day activities of the outlet store operations.  Prices, stocks and performs cash register transactions.  Requires a strong customer focus, ability to operate with minimum supervision and understand business demands. In the absence of a manager, assists in providing leadership and assigning tasks to assigned personnel in all aspects of store operations. Serves as lead worker and assists manager in leading the outlet store and warehouse operations.

In addition to the Job Duties of a Retail Associate, the Outlet Store Production Team Lead will also be responsible for the following: 

• Oversee store’s operation in the absence of the Outlet Store Manager; serve as lead worker
• Provide training, guidance and feedback to help staff strengthen and develop skills
• Ensure store staff follows policies and procedures
• Inform management in a timely manner of any performance and behavioral concerns
• Assist in preparing and distributing required records and reports accurately
• Demonstrate leadership and positive role modeling for outlet store staff
• Report loss control concerns to the Outlet Store Manager in a timely manner
• Effectively manage time and monitor outlet store staff time to ensure that work is completed
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the completion of job duties
• Maintain quality control in Outlet store operations
• Contribute to team success by involving others in work processes, decisions and actions
• Ensure that equipment is safe and in good working condition
• Maintain clean and organized work area, including trash and salvage removal
• Monitor and recognize security, loss prevention and safety risks, and assists in their prevention
• Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties as needed
• Participate in required training
• Perform bank deposits and related duties
• Fill in for store staff as needed
