Job Description Summary

Assist with Summer Hockey Camp duties to include on-ice, off-ice supervision to Summer Camp Participants. Report to the Director daily on the status of campers, schedule, and facilities.

Essential Duties

  • Work assignments are completed with a high level of independence and responsibility.  Employees follow well-defined policies and procedures.

  • Duties may include on-ice and off-ice coaching assistant, development training, classroom instruction, conditioning, counselor duties, and associated duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Relevant background within the ice sport industry to include; camp 1st Aid/CPR duties, athletic training responsibilities, Ice Skating and/or Ice Hockey.  Former youth camp experience or coaching preferred but not required.

  • Selected students will need to pass a State of Ohio fingerprinted background check before hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six or more years of technical Ice Skating and/or Ice Hockey training from certified professional instructors.
