What you`ll do:
Summary:
We are looking for young talents that are interested in Project Management. Our team, Strategic Compliance Projects & Services, is responsible for executing strategic compliance projects focusing on SAP’s compliance. Furthermore, we provide cross unit services supporting the upper management and ensuring a proper execution of projects and other topics within the unit. 

 

The Role:
Our role as Project Management Support Associate will be to closely work with our stakeholders the cover the different dimensions of our responsibilities. You will work closely with existing experts in the team, serve our stakeholders and interact with units and their experts across the SAP organization.
The main task will be: 

• Grow into the role of a PMO and interact with project managers on cross strategic projects by supporting them in the execution of the projects.
• Take over workstreams from a coordination role towards driving the execution in the future.
• Develop and support ideas, concepts and technical solutions to simplify and automate tasks, processes or reporting. This will include the development and maintenance of smaller team internal tools and reports, automation of data extracting.

 

What you bring:

• Master’s or bachelor degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field with sufficient working experience.
• Passionate in analysis and problem-solving from business and also technical perspective.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen and business process knowledge.
• Experienced in exposure of business sensitive and even critical information in an appropriate and positive manner across different hierarchies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new solutions (e.g. SAP Build) or reporting tools (e.g. SAC).
• Experiences in project management
• Technical skills and programming experience (e.g. Python, AI) is a plus
• Data Modelling experience is a plus
• Languages English (required), German is a plus

The Strategic Compliance Projects & Services team is part of SAP Global Security & Compliance reporting into the Chief Technology Officer. We are running compliance projects involving different experts across SAP to implement new requirements for SAP.
