The HR Operations Global SSC Lead will ensure that overall proper service is delivered with the right level of quality by the Accenture Shared Service Centers and the local Coty HR Operational Teams.  This position will report to the SVP, HR Transformation & Digital Operation.

 

 

THE ROLE

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

 

• Ensure local and global Compliance for SOX, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy
• Animate local and global Coty users with best practices
• Manage Accenture contract and relationship in relation with the operations team
• Deliver superior employee, manager and stakeholder experience through engaging technology (UX) and well-designed efficient end-to-end processes.
• Drive enhancement projects by constantly improving productivity and users experience.
• Drive integration and automation initiative in partnership with the IT teams to minimize double data entry leveraging HR data when it is needed.
• Constantly survey market innovations in a constant search of additional productivity and employee experience

 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

 

• BS Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR Operations and Global Management
• Demonstrated strategic vision and leadership mindset
• Demonstrated change management and innovation experience
