What You Will Do:

This summer internship will be focused on providing organizational change management support to a new users. The intern will assist the GrantSolutions Change Management team in performing stakeholder analysis, continually assessing the new users’ change management needs, and developing polished, client-ready communications and presentations that will help the new users navigate the transition to GrantSolutions.


What You Will Need:

  • Be on track to graduate with an undergraduate degree between December 2024 and Spring 2025; Majoring in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS etc.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Be able take direction well and be a motivated self-starter, faster learner, and positive team member
  • Be comfortable learning to use new software tools in a largely self-guided manner
