Job Summary
Responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing and reporting data related to Engineering Operations. Produces both recurring and ad-hoc reports with the purpose of measuring progress towards goals, measuring performance against objectives and the identification of improvement opportunities. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Collects, processes, and analyzes data to provide recurring and ad-hoc reports.
- Involvement in the most cutting-edge products and updates in DOCSIS
- Ensures policy compliance between engineering, business and third-party vendor groups.
- Partners with team members and business leaders to develop and understand metrics packages.
- Partners with team members to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine areas of improvement including gains and in the efficiency and reliability of reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of work experience, with emphasis on managing projects and presenting data
- Experience using data dashboards (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Data manipulation and transformation skills
- Very strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Project management skills - motivating teams, driving execution, managing action items, etc
- Strong analysis and presentation skills - able to tell compelling stories with data
- Strong critical thinking skills - adept at problem-solving and working with a incomplete or conflicting data set
- Passionate about improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvement initiatives
