Adventist HealthCare Home Health seeks to hire an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
• Completes documentation requirements on patient visits to ensure timely accurate billing
• Contributes to the patient’s physical and environmental assessment
• Makes appropriate interventions to provide for safe and effective care
• Collaborates with RN case manager and other team members to maximize effectiveness of patient care plan
• Collaborates with managers and schedulers to maintain adequate productivity levels
• Maintains accurate load sheet to facilitate agency knowledge of visiting capacity
• Explores service needs, provide care consistent with AHC mission and values

Qualifications include:
• Valid LPN license in Maryland
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Med/Surg nursing in a supervisory setting within the past five years (Two years must be under the supervision of an RN)
• Valid Driver’s License with agency insurance requirements
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday Days w/ holiday rotation, occasional weekends

Pay Range:

$25.63 - $35.89

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Non-Exempt)
