THE WORK:

• You'll inspect and record Contractor’s construction activities at the project site to ensure conformance to the contract documents.
• You'll take measurements and maintain records of quantities and materials installed.
• You'll review and compile Inspection Team’s field information and produce reports as assigned.
• You'll respond to inquiries regarding inspection as related to the project.
• You'll exercise sound judgment in identifying potential problems and report any issues to immediate supervisor.
• You'll work within a Project Team environment to resolve problems.
• You'll perform office support work, compiling records and data for proposed and completed projects.
• You'll assist in preconstruction services, including review of drawings for constructability reviews estimates.
• You'll delegate adequate authority to other Project Inspectors and establish a good relationship with the Client that will enhance capability to perform repeat work.
• You'll assist in setting policies and procedures for company inspection standards and notify Senior Management of any event that will significantly affect completion, profitability or client relationship.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. There will be both day and night shift assignments.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology OR
• Additional 4 (four) years of related experience
• Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years’ experience as a Construction Inspector
• Valid drivers license

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• * Designation as CMIT (Construction Manager In-Training) per CMAA (Construction Management Association of America).
• * Certified as a Concrete Field Testing Technician Level 1 per ACI (American Concrete Institute).
• * Certified as an ODOT Pre-Qualified Construction Inspector.
