We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Product Manager to lead a team in profitably growing in the roofing accessory and rainwear products. You'll enhance existing product profitability and develop new products, using your industry experience and customer insights. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand the problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You will also serve as the internal and external champion for your product offering. The Senior Product Manager's key role is both strategic and tactical.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications.
- Four (4) year bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or other related field
- 8 years of product management experience
- Product line analytical skills (i.e. profit / loss)
- Strategic, technical, and creative competency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Product category management
- Ability to operate with high sense of urgency and personal initiative and respond to multiple deadlines while maintaining good coordination and communication with colleagues and staff
- Proven experience analyzing data and developing strategic insight and direction
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Product Pipeline Development: Formulate comprehensive business cases, including market size, growth potential, competitive analysis, and unit forecasts with pricing strategy
- Optimize Product Portfolio: Shaping the portfolio of products through analysis and optimization
- Product Development Lifecycle: Engage in all stages, from analysis and design to testing, integration, and market introduction
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct customer research and analyze market trends and competitive information to find new product opportunities and optimize existing ones for various channels
- Develop Product Launch Plans: Lead project teams from Channel, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to effectively launch new products
- Project Prioritization: Allocate resources effectively by prioritizing development projects based on their strategic fit and business value
- Product Roadmap Development: Create product roadmaps in alignment with the Corporate Strategic Plan
- Pricing Strategy Development: In collaboration with Pricing Director, formulate pricing plans for both new and existing products, with value based pricing, to maximize profitability
- This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America.
