Role Purpose:

As the IT&D Senior Architect, SAP Solutions, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive SAP solutions that align with Essential Home’s business objectives and drive operational efficiency. With our Technology Principles of Radical Simplifcation and Best of Suite, SAP S/4 with adjacent SAP solutions will be our biggest, most business critical platform that needs to be established from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive this function end-to-end, from vision and strategy to implementation and governance. You thrive in a dynamic environment; you are pragmatic, love a challenge and and are action and result oriented.

This position requires a deep understanding of SAP architecture, ERP systems, integration methodologies, and cloud technologies.

• Design and implement comprehensive SAP S/4 and adjacent solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Essential Home’s business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute SAP strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging SAP technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of both internal and external talent, fostering a culture of agility, ownership and collaboration.
