Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of basic job descriptions for our global positions.
- Lead updates to our Learning Management System (LMS) professional development courses.
- Lead and support engagement activities on the corporate campus.
- Assist in facilitating the summer internship development program, including generating orientation plans and providing networking and professional growth opportunities to our student employees.
- Support University Relations activities, such as career fairs, university meet-and-greets.
- Participate in and lead other Human Resources projects as assigned
- Junior or Senior working towards a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (required).
- Previous experience in a professional work environment is a plus.
- Intermediate: Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- While performing the functions of this job, the employee is:
- Continually required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to stand and walk.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
