The Global Human Resources Intern will lead employee training projects, support the professional development of fellow summer interns, and assist in building global job descriptions, all while gaining exposure to various functions of Human Resources. You will be immersed in an inclusive environment and take on responsibilities that will foster your growth for future professional opportunities.

Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of basic job descriptions for our global positions.
• Lead updates to our Learning Management System (LMS) professional development courses.
• Lead and support engagement activities on the corporate campus.
• Assist in facilitating the summer internship development program, including generating orientation plans and providing networking and professional growth opportunities to our student employees.
• Support University Relations activities, such as career fairs, university meet-and-greets.
• Participate in and lead other Human Resources projects as assigned

Education & Experience

• Junior or Senior working towards a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (required).
• Previous experience in a professional work environment is a plus.

Computer Skills

• Intermediate: Microsoft Office Suite (required)

• While performing the functions of this job, the employee is:

  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
