Meet the team behind this journey

Are you a motivated student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment? Join our Travel & Expense (T&E) team as a Working Student and play a key role in supporting our expense management and travel processes while developing essential finance and operations skills.

Your responsibilities

• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Reconcile credit card statements and ensure timely submission of expenses.

• Provide guidance on using the company’s travel booking and expense reporting tools.

• Assist in managing travel bookings, documentation, and system updates.

• Help update and distribute travel and expense policy documents.

• Support ad-hoc projects such as travel system updates, and process testing

Qualities we look for

• A proactive and detail-oriented student with strong multitasking skills.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, finance, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
