In this role you will be responsible for providing seasonal peak-hiring support that results in an engaged workforce and a more productive business. You will be responsible for supporting people strategies, responding to day-to-day activities for candidates, executing talent management efforts and partnering with key Gap Inc. HR solution centers (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver results against the people strategies.What You'll Do
Support the recruiting team with staffing goals and assist with day-to-day issues: demonstrating resourcefulness to achieve desired outcomes
Implement strategies which improve recruiting processes year over year, as measured through the continuous listening process
Analyze recruiting metrics to identify business opportunities working with the Talent Acquisition Partner to implement solutions
Partner with the local HR team, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to implement talent strategies
Who You Are
General knowledge of HR practices including, employment law, employee/labor relations, talent management and learning and development
Well-developed people skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships
Good communicator; good listening skills and problem solver
Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to own subject areas
Intermediate Excel knowledge with the ability to build reports to get desired data
Experience with high-volume staffing or recruitment preferred
Workday experience or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
