Job Description

Run the narrative engine for North America Visa Direct (NAVD) and turn strategy into stories that influence leaders, clients, and outcomes. This role blends messaging strategy, executive-ready content, and operational rigor.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and strong program manager with a knack for storytelling who can drive a cohesive NAVD messaging strategy, partner with senior leaders, and serve as a conduit across teams. You thrive on the craft: publish crisp messages, learn the product, execute with excellence, and continuously improve to advance NAVD’s goals.

You’re a product learner at heart, ramping fast on Visa Direct and how it works, where it wins, and why it’s different—so every narrative is grounded in real value and client solutions.

The role reports to the NAVD Chief of Staff and part of the Business Strategy & Revenue Management Office, comprised of payments professionals with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills dedicated to achieving our high growth goals for Visa Direct.

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Messaging Strategy: Support the development and implementation of messaging strategies to communicate the value and benefits of Visa Direct to clients. This includes crafting key messages, selecting appropriate communication channels, and measuring the success of the strategy.

•    Executive Content Management: Assist in the creation and management of content for executive presentations and other high-level communications. This involves working closely with senior leadership to ensure that all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with NAVD’s messaging.
•    Narrative Conduit: Help serve as a central point for NAVD messaging strategy, supporting Investor Relations (IR) proposals, executive talking points, and other cross-functional needs.
•    Key Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and manage NAVD presence in large-scale events, for select conferences and client meetings. This includes handling logistics, managing content delivery, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the NAVD objectives.

•    Priority Client Follow Ups: Keep Visa accountable by tracking priority client follow-ups from executive discussions by setting clear owners, deadlines, and SLAs and providing regular status/risk updates to leadership
•    NAVD All-Hands: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of monthly NAVD All-Hands. Developing agenda, managing presentation, speaker coordination, logistics, and post-event feedback to align objectives, reinforce key messages, and drive engagement.
•    Weekly Management Updates: Take charge of preparing and distributing weekly management bulletin that highlight key updates, achievements, and areas of focus for the team.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
