Job Description

• Second tier from call center. Resolve technical & business problem and provide consultation to colleagues to analyze, identify mPAY problem & incident.
• Respond to manage support issues of complex and technically.
• Respond to lead and consult team about internal mPAY/AIS, partner activity to inform with AIS team or partner.
• Collaborates with operation and solution team to discuss issues and solutions. Provides status updates with call center, partner and user within time frame dictated by the severity of problem, document and track (case histories, issues and action step).
• Follow up problem/incident status with operation and solution team (support team) or team involved to resolve problem within SLA.
• Respond to answer questions or resolving product problem for customer and partner via service request (SR)
• Risk Management in AMP’s IT System and all related human operations

Qualification

• SQL command or PL/SQL , knowledge about mobile payment,mobile financial.
• Strong problem analysis ,follow-up capability and create problem solving skill to resolve highly complex technical,incident and improve existing process.
• Good communicate clearly with a wide variety of people/functions(strong verbal/written).
• Motivated to work in high pressure,dynamic operations environment
• Determining cause of operation errors and deciding what to do about it .
• Have a leadership skill.
