Clinical Supervisor - LCADC

Position Summary:
As a Regional Clinical Director at BHG, you'll lead clinical quality management initiatives across treatment centers within a geographic network. Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and training to clinical supervisors.
  • Oversee chart auditing and quality improvement processes.
  • Facilitate clinical training and policy review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional and program directors on initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Must have an active LCADC or any other licensure in the related Social Work field. 
  • Masters degree is required.
  • Minimum five years' experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
  • Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Effective communication via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person.
  • Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings.
  • Variable workload with occasional high stress.
  • Standard medical office conditions; prolonged keyboarding.
