About the TeamClari's IT Business Applications (BizApps) team is looking for an experienced Business Systems Administrator to join a small but mighty team where you will design, build and implement features and solutions which accelerate our business. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical information into non-technical terms, and providing and explaining solution/design options, their potential impact, and tradeoffs. About the Role The Sr. Business Systems Administrator will assist with the ongoing development of our Salesforce and supporting application deployment. The successful candidate will not only have good technical skills, but will be able to multitask, be self-sufficient, be confident, think ahead, communicate effectively and have good soft skills.  They will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, and will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clearly document technical requirements, processes, and solutions
  • Design, configure and implement flexible, scalable, and robust solutions to meet the dynamic needs of various teams, always adhering to best practices
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support as needed
  • Design, configure and administer SFDC Standard and Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Sites, Lightning Layouts, Custom Actions, Validation Rules and the like within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Proactively oversee one or more stakeholder relationships and build strong partnerships with multiple teams
  • Influence business and technology leaders on creating and promoting change to improve existing business processes and increase ROI and overall effectiveness using Salesforce and its plugins.
  • Support the integration of third-party applications
  • Contribute knowledge and expertise around security models and governance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator including technical implementation, day-to-day operation, long-term projects and org maintenance
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certified and/or Platform App Builder certification
  • Experience with unit testing, deploying change sets from Salesforce sandbox environments, and familiar with common software development practices and methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with projects in which you manage databases, analyze data, or design the databases themselves
  • Experience with data mining and data cleansing techniques
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures
