Requirements

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing our brand strategy from scratch. In addition to this, you will also play a key role in defining the company's vision and mission statements.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and help establish a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audienc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team to develop and refine the company's vision and mission statements.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that is aligned with our company's vision and mission.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and threats that may impact our brand strategy.
• Define brand attributes, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity that will resonate with our target audience.

• Develop a plan for executing the brand strategy across various channels, including social media, website, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of our brand strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our brand strategy based on feedback and data insights.
• Manage the company's brand reputation by monitoring online reviews, social media comments, and other feedback channels.

• Develop and implement strategies to address negative feedback and improve overall brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with customer service and other teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software.
