The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development, with specific expertise in HCL iMRO and SAP Fiori. The role focuses on supporting the sustaining/depot area, contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements in the sustaining and depot areas.

• Collaborate with functional Business System Experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Work with HCL iMRO development team to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.

• Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications in the Sustain area, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

• Debug and resolve system issues, providing technical support to ensure smooth operations.

• Optimize existing ABAP code and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.

• Support system upgrades, patches, and other technical initiatives as required.

• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions in compliance with RTX standards

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the Aerospace & Defense industry.

• 7+ years of Fiori SAPUI5 development experience using SAPWebIDE and Microsoft Visual Studio Code.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

• Proven expertise in HCL iMRO, with a solid understanding of maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with Raytheon’s SAP system and Fiori based UX applications.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with government regulations.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
