Your Tasks:

• Experience in machining operations for a minimum of 8 years, demonstrating proficiency in various machining processes.
• Proficiency in process planning and process proving for machining operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in production.
• Skilled in CNC programming for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), and CNC lathes.
• Ability to select appropriate equipment, design fixtures, and choose cutting tools to optimize machining processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and techniques to address issues encountered during machining operations effectively.

Your Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on manufacturing or a related field.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in machining operations, demonstrating expertise in process planning, proving, and CNC programming.
• Proven track record in equipment selection, fixture design, and cutting tool selection to enhance machining efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during machining processes.
• Continuous learner with a commitment to staying updated with advancements in machining technologies and techniques.
