Licensed Practical Nurse (63041)

Pay rates range from $31.25 - $42.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience).

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.   We are currently seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Jessup Correctional Institution in Jessup, Maryland. 

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Full time Day Shift: 8:00am - 4;30pm (Some Weekends)

• Must hold Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required 
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) 
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
