About the role

<h2>Overview</h2> <p><strong>Empatia Palliative Care (formerly Illumia Health) is looking for a PRN/FLEX Nurse Practitioner for our palliative care patients in the Twin Cities!  </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The <strong>Nurse Practitioner Palliative </strong>facilitates palliative care for our patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment.
