This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 annually, plus the opportunity to earn up to a 10% performance-based bonus. ⭐ What You’ll Do:

• Lead customer communication strategies and serve as the key liaison between PTG Logistics and our clients.

• Benchmark customer locations for asset utilization to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Identify and present operational improvement opportunities in weekly meetings.

• Monitor and manage customer service levels with Truckload Dispatch.

• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing by collaborating with the Truckload Administrator.

• Oversee customer compliance and ensure PTG meets all client requirements.

• Assist with dispatch and routing to support smooth operations.

• Analyze and report key performance indicators (delivery, service, and profitability).

• Optimize backhaul opportunities across PTG locations.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in truckload operations (preferably in a management or supervisory role).

• Familiarity with FMCSA regulations.

• Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Strong financial and analytical mindset—comfortable with expense tracking and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree and or 5+ years of experience in truck load operations in a management or supervisory role preferred

· Familiarity with FMCSA Regulations

· Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail

· Possesses a financial acumen – recording, tracking and reporting expense control

· Strong proficiency in computer skills including all Microsoft Office products

· Good verbal and interpersonal skills

· Dependable and punctual

· Ability to communicate in a professional/courteous manner

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
