JOB SUMMARY: 

Responsible for leading and managing the Food Category for Nestlé Out of Home. Design functions to lead, inspire and guide the development of business strategies and Innovation & Renovation pipelines for Nestlé Out of Home Food- Frozen, Ambient & Chilled products in Custom and Branded categories.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prioritize, develop, and execute the delivery of the Food categories top priority projects via effective resource allocation, providing resources, tools, and coaching to the team

• Ensure early-phase collaboration between all stakeholders

• Enable team to act as the expert and advocate of customer perspective throughout the innovation/renovation development process

• Lead the team to identify, build and propose compelling business opportunities

• Strengthen existing innovation capabilities and develop new approaches

• Lead and manage the development of people within the team actively monitoring and coaching all aspects of performance

• Actively partner with Nestle USA retail and R&D functional leaders to build functional expertise across the team

• Develop and mentor members of the team in alignment with the Nestle Management and Leadership Principles and the Nestle Leadership Framework to define personal and Out of Home develop plans / career development.

• Identify and create synergies through effective networking with business and functional partners

• Influence key stakeholders to speed development process including customer interactions

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Knowledge):   

• BS Degree in business or related field, Master’s Degree a plus

• Minimum 10 years of experience (or related experience) in developing multi-generation concepts and consumer centric pipelines (products, packaging and/or services)

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Strong networking and relationship building skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to work well in a collaborative team environment

• Experience in people management / leadership / development
