<h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Responsibility for the conceptual development and operational implementation of innovative HR concepts for our global offices</li> <li>Further development and implementation of a global job architecture with career paths, role descriptions, job levels and pay grades</li> <li>Establishing a performance review process and a systematic approach to forward-looking succession planning in line with the existing HR software</li> <li>Establishment of a management/talent development programme</li> <li>Conception, planning and implementation of an employee engagement strategy</li> <li>Coordination of global learning &amp; development programmes </li> <li>Communicating the annual employee survey and managing action planning</li> <li>Supporting organisational development projects and designing change processes</li> <li>Supporting the continuous development of People &amp; Change initiatives </li> <li>Expansion and Management of the Talent &amp; Development team as well as individual development</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Degree in economics, preferably with a focus on human resources management</li> <li>Min. 8-10 years of professional experience in the field of personnel and organisational development, ideally in an international and complex environment</li> <li>Strong organisational talent and a high level of initiative</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in experience in project management</li> <li>Knowledge of current tools and trends in the areas of talent &amp; performance management, leadership, learning &amp; development</li> <li>Very good leadership skills and the ability to link and develop a global team</li> <li>Very good language skills in German and English</li> <li>Experience as a trainer, coach and/or moderator and in the area of change management is an advantage</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP SuccessFactors</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We engineer a sustainable future</p> <p> </p> <p>Process Automation Solutions is one of the leading manufacturer-independent suppliers of complete automation solutions for the process and manufacturing industries.
