<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">What are you going to do?</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Our Partner Management team (total of 10 team members) is part of our Technology Business Unit and is performing the end-to-end procurement cycle for technology products and services. The Partner Managers are playing an essential role in the vendor strategy for DPG’s key technology platforms and tech solutions (e.g. advertising technology, data, software engineering, broadcast, product management, IT, cloud, cybersecurity) and therefore maintain and develop high quality relationships with our partners. Your work will include:</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Define needs and sourcing strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, scope, and sourcing approach.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Vendor identification and evaluation: Identify, assess, and select the most suitable technology providers based on business, technical, and commercial criteria ; Lead RFP or RFI.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Contract negotiation and setup: Lead or support negotiations to establish competitive and compliant commercial agreements.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Contract management and compliance: Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to agreed terms as well as privacy, security, and legal requirements.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Procurement operations and financial processing: Manage purchase orders and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Vendor relationship management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with providers to ensure performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness over time.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">What makes you the ideal candidate?</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">For this role, we are looking for a professional with relevant experience of Technology procurement, focused on tech-driven transformation preferably in the media industry:</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Proven ability to influence and build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and capability to deliver business value through procurement.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Strong negotiation and communication skills, adept at handling complex contracts.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and contracts simultaneously.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Tech Savvy and AI enthusiast, familiar with data management tooling, Microsoft Dynamics, CLM tooling, Jira, Confluence)</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Fluent in English ;</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">University degree and at least 3-6 years of expertise.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Job location based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Hilversum) and inBelgium (Antwerp or Vilvoorde.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">About Us</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">DPG Media has a strong network of brands across TV, streaming, radio, news, and magazines, in the Netherlands and Belgium.
