Job Description
- Proactively reach out to customers whose warranties are about to expire, showcasing the benefits of transitioning of service contracts
- Lead efforts to renew existing service contracts, engaging customers in discussions to upgrade or extend their contracts and increase service contract coverage
- Maintain close contact and foster strong link with the regional capital sales team in order to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase service contract sales and revenue
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of service contract in our ERP system
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on service contract sales performance
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all closing tasks are completed in a timely manner, providing the necessary checklist to corporate support
- Develop customized solutions for customers with multiple systems or upgrades, catering to their unique needs and requirements
- Continuously develop effective sales strategies and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine current approach
- Regularly update the address book with accurate customer information to facilitate smooth communication and engagement
- Showcase the unique value proposition of Brainlab Service Contracts to increase service profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a keen understanding of customer needs and pain points
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and German
