You will act as GR8 Tech's primary legal interface with the managing company and other group assets. This is an opportunity to build a legal function designed for the next phase of an ambitious, fast-moving international business.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll drive:</strong></h2> <p><strong>Strategy &amp; Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the legal function's multi-year strategy, aligned to company growth and expansion goals.</li> <li>Serve as the primary legal advisor to the board.</li> <li>Build a high-performing legal team — set clear KPIs and metrics, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability and excellence.</li> <li>Represent GR8 Tech's legal interests at the group level.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Corporate Structure &amp; M&amp;A</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive the evolution of corporate structure — optimising for regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic flexibility.</li> <li>Lead or support M&amp;A activity: due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration from a legal perspective.</li> <li>Manage group-level legal entities, intercompany arrangements, and cross-border legal risk.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Commercial, Contracts &amp; IP</st
