Call Center Sales Representative – Full-Time

BathWorks is a local West Michigan company specializing in Jacuzzi bath remodels — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for motivated, competitive people who are ready to build a career in sales and earn what they’re worth.

What You’ll Do:

• Call and follow up with homeowners who’ve shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel

• Guide homeowners through our process and schedule their design consultation

• Learn how to overcome objections and close appointments confidently

• Help fill the sales pipeline and drive real company growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset

• Competitive nature — you like to win and aren’t afraid to work for it

• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus — but not required
