Responsibilities
Primary Duties:

• 180 Recruitment: Engage in comprehensive recruitment activities for ModeFair and its affiliated entities, including cold calling, candidate sourcing, conducting initial interviews, candidate qualification, management through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and networking with potential candidates.

• ModeFair Employer Branding: Enhance ModeFair's brand as an employer through organizing coding competitions, managing internship programs, maintaining a strong presence on social media, and collaborating with developer communities.

Secondary Duties:

• Perform various Human Resources (HR) tasks and undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Superior.

Qualifications

• Malaysian nationality is required.

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (including the ability to speak, read, and write) is required due to the specific needs of the job (e.g., direct communication and interaction with potential leads on Xiaohongshu).

• We are actively seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or in a closely related discipline. While we are particularly excited to welcome applications from fresh graduates, we want to highlight that a higher CGPA will be considered favorably in our selection process.

• While not compulsory, a foundational understanding of IT concepts (e.g., server, database, cloud, software) will be seen as an asset, especially in relation to recruiting for IT roles.

• Possessing internship experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically for IT roles, is considered a significant advantage.

• Openness to and experience with cold calling are essential. Candidates must be comfortable initiating contact with potential leads.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are crucial for generating new leads and effectively sourcing talent.

• The role demands a people-oriented individual with a natural inclination towards networking and building relationships.

• Extroverted personalities who enjoy engaging with others will thrive in this position.

• A genuine eagerness to learn and a flexible attitude are critical.

• Candidates must be willing to tackle new challenges and adapt to changing situations.

• Candidates must have their own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia as required by the role.

Location: Hybrid Work Arrangement (must reside in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor, with at least twice per week in-office presence)

Attendance Obligations:

• Candidates must be willing to actively participate in company activities on a quarterly basis.

• Attendance at important physical meetings is mandatory, and candidates are expected to attend without exception, regardless of whether they work from home or their location within Malaysia.
