Job Duties:

 

1. Lead Google Workspace & Partner Solution Projects: Own the full lifecycle of mid-to-large-scale Google Workspace projects, including technical deployment, robust change management, and daily project execution. This covers complex integrations, data migration, security, and ensuring seamless adoption.
2. Ensure Success via Management & Communication: Guarantee project success by strictly managing scope, budget, and schedule. Provide transparent, regular progress reporting to all stakeholders (internal/external). Proactively identify and communicate critical path dependencies.
3. Monitor Health & Financials: Proactively track and manage all project issues, risks, decisions, and change requests. Drive swift resolution for roadblocks and mitigate risks. Accurately manage project financials, including budget tracking, burn rate, and ensuring timely client billing.
4. Client Advisory & Collaborative Estimation: Act as a trusted advisor on Google Workspace best practices, adoption, and configuration. Lead all project estimation efforts with engineering and technical leads, setting the initial baseline and managing ongoing Estimates to Complete (ETCs).
5. PMO Excellence & Process Improvement: Contribute key status reports and escalate unresolved issues/risks to the PMO, adhering to established standards. Champion and refine best practice methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance overall project delivery maturity and efficiency.
6. Proficiency with Tools: Utilize a variety of tools for daily operations, including Google Workspace, Drive, Gemini, NetSuite, NotebookLM, FieldGlass, OKTA, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Office Timeline, AppSheet, Looker, ServiceNOW, and DocuSign, etc.
7. Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Knowledge of Google Enterprise Workspace and Cloud Platform, BigQuery Integration solutions, Single Sign-On (SSO) systems (including OKTA, Ping ID, and Microsoft Entra ID), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Google - Cloud Directory Sync, 2 Factor Authentication, End-user provisioning, Workspace Core Product Activation, and Vault Enterprise Configuration, Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
8. Position is based out of Chandler, AZ HQ office but telecommuting is permitted on case by case basis.

 

Job Requirements:        

 

Education Requirements:

• Master degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, or closely related.

 

Experience Requirements:

• 24 months of experience in job offered, IT Project Manager/BSA, Business Systems Analyst, or closely related.

 

Special skills requirements:

 

1. Knowledge and experience in: SDLC, various advanced project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc); Iron-clad organizational skills including expert use of RAID logs, RACI matrices, and other project artifacts; Productivity and collaboration tools such as Jira/Smartsheets, Confluence, Chat/Slick and Presentations/Powerpoint; and Professional cloud computing experience.
2. Experience in data analysis, visualization, and overall data literacy. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Possess technical skills for the deployment and implementation of Google Workspace migration projects from Legacy platforms, including Exchange, Office 365, and Google, to a centralized Enterprise Google platform.
4. Experience managing deliverables related to data migration for enterprise Email platforms, Calendar, Shared Mailboxes, OneDrive, OneNote, Microsoft Groups, Experience managing and File Migration (both On-Premise and Cloud-based), including Vault Archive Migration.
5. Experience with the deployment of Gemini Generative AI, AgentSpace, Custom Agent solutions, Custom Development AppSheet Applications, Domain transfer, and Security Assessment projects.
6. Experience managing deliverables for AgentSpace and Agent Builder by conducting discovery, creating Role-Specific Assistants, developing Solution designs, setting up data source connections, configuration, testing, and optimization.
