Job Description

We are looking for a Data Warehouse Developer who will join the DWH-BI team to support a large debt management company with operations in several European countries.  You will be part of a geographically distributed team that works in the multinational European environment.

Responsibilities:

• Elaborate on the requirements with business users and analysts
• Map data sources to Data Warehouse including development of data full way transformation
• Implementation of Power BI reports and other SQL scripts into production
• Develop code of Data Warehouse, Master Data and Data Marts (MS SQL Server, SSIS)
• Support users with testing of the delivered solutions
• Maintenance and monitoring of the production solutions, addressing issues and improvements
• Performing data quality checks for data source systems

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Good knowledge of data modeling
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools (e.g. QlikView, Business Objects, Tableau, Microstrategy)
• Experience in the development of ETL (stored procedures)
• Basic knowledge of database architecture

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Azure Data Engineering and Microsoft Power Platform
• Good experience in query tuning
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS
• Database administration and performance optimization experience
