The Opportunity: 

As a ServiceNow senior developer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for a seasoned solution engineer like you to support the management of the ServiceNow platform from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.  

As a Solution Engineer at Booz Allen, you will work with a highly skilled team focused on developing, implementing, customizing, and configuring complex solutions for system stakeholders. Perform hands-on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform. You'll build ServiceNow applications, apply technical expertise and leverage a variety of software engineering techniques, and build and refine business logic to enhance team capabilities, improve security, and maximize ServiceNow ROI. You'll serve as a member of a diverse team of experts providing world-class deployment and engineering, demonstrating thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches. You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.  Use your ServiceNow skills for good.

You Have: 

• Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods

• Experience with Web development, including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion

• Experience with acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization 

• Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative team environment

• Ability to obtain a security clearance 

• Bachelor's degree

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification

Nice If You Have: 

• Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification
