Quality Assurance/MIS/Data Administrator

The person in this position is responsible for supervising support staff in the formulation of reports and data of the W McNichols Career Center. The MIS/ Quality Administrator also serves as liaison to The Detroit Employment Solution Corporation. The individual reports directly to the Career Center Director. Under general supervision, performs both routine and assigned duties as well as oversees all MIS systems data entry and quality assurance for the Career Center.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related field that is inclusive of management and participant relations
• Workforce Development experience preferred
