WHY this position is of utmost importance to reach our mission :
As a young company, we can’t (yet) really capitalize on decades of branding to support our sales growth. Pennylane has been growing exponentially for a few years now, but much remains to be done for us to be recognized by our targeted market (around 3 millions SMBs and 20 000 accounting firms in France alone) as the GO TO solution to handle finance and accounting.
The marketing department at Pennylane today is composed of 12 people with very diverse and complementary skills, and divided into 2 teams :- Small accounts (Early startups, very small businesses, entrepreneurs… etc)- Large accounts (Accounting firms and large and medium businesses)
We’re looking for someone to take the leadership over the large account team, composed of 5 people : Benjamin (Brand Designer), Audrey (Content Manager), Antoine (Growth Manager), Ynès (Community Manager) et Léa (Event Manager). Your role will be to drive this multidisciplinary team and to coordinate complex projects to the defined OKRs.
HOW you will contribute to the project :
- You’ll manage and animate a team composed of designers, content managers, event managers, and social media managers- You’ll reinforce the marketing strategy to develop our notoriety and understanding among the target CFO/CFOs of French companies and accounting expert firms- You’ll act as a true project manager, bringing methodology to the planning and execution of the different actions initiated by the team.- You’ll develop a lead generation strategy based at a minimum on events, content production, press relations, and media relations.- You’ll work closely with the sales and customer success teams to build the best sales support tools.
