Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role involves handling inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments accurately

• Prepare and package orders for shipment following company guidelines

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
