Customer Support and Distribution Specialist

Description

• Order handling and customer support from order to shipment
• Picking-Packing-Shipping of XVIVO products (Internal and External)
• Inventory and materials control including goods receipt and incoming inspection
• Freight handling
• Trade compliance
• Drive continuous improvements to achieve an efficient Order to Delivery Process

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED?

• Bachelor ́s degree with 3 years of experience in the field of customer support and logistics or related field
• Experience of working with Sales & Marketing and external customers
• Customer focused and performance driven
• Structured
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team-oriented relationship builder and non-prestigious
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
• Strong drive for efficiency improvements

WHAT SKILLS WOULD BE HELPFUL?

• Experience from working with medical devices 

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Pay or Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
• Other Compensation: Short Term Incentive Program
