Job Description
The Role:
Partners are one of ServiceNow’s 5 company priorities. The team is responsible for a group of the largest and most influential System integrators and Service Providers globally. As the Business Manager for our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the strategy and strategic initiatives in support of our VP of Global Partnership Sales. You will be looked at as strategic partner in helping build and run the business; responsibilities will include developing and leading strategic initiatives, facilitating communication, running the daily rhythm of the business and ensuring the smooth operation of our Global Partnership Sales team.
Core Strategic Priorities:
- Crafting the North Star strategy- long term and short term vision: Collaborate to ideate, craft, and communicate the organizational vision and narrative.
- Scalable Programs: Identify and lead programs supporting partner acceleration and growth, including professional services training and global partner GTM operations.
- Operational Excellence: In partnership with the Sale operations team improve operational rhythm, including pipeline management, forecasting, and leadership/staff meetings.
- Collaborative Engagement: Define structured engagement models for the Center of Excellence (CoE) to collaborate effectively across sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic agenda and act as the primary point of contact for the VP and team leaders.
- Partner with GTM leadership to create impactful presentations for ServiceNow C-suite and ELT.
- Foster cross-functional relationships with key partners across sales, customer success, and product.
- Refine, operationalize, and communicate the Global Partners GTM team strategy and charter.
- Influence decision-making at executive levels and nurture relationships across the organization.
- Support customer engagement and sponsorship opportunities.
- Cultivate a culture of cross-functional cooperation and alignment.
- Capable of conducting thorough analysis on reports pertaining to key industries, such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing, etc.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy or go-to-market functions, preferably in Software/SaaS technology/Consulting.
- Prior experience in a business management or operational leadership role is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong people development and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, etc., and ability to generate C-level reporting.
- Ability to quickly learn in a fast-paced environment, including highly technical areas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Strong program management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA degree is a strong plus.
- Experience and relationships with major SI’s, Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers, and leading software, Cloud & SaaS organizations required.
