Our Finance team plays a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making, building trust with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards. We are dedicated to creating streamlined and scalable processes that adapt to the needs of a fast-growing, international business.

What You will be doing

• You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS

• You will own the preparation and submission of VAT returns

• You will drive the implementation of a new ERP/accounting system to optimize financial processes

• You will establishment and implementation of best-practice accounting processes for subsidiaries

• You will responsible for maintenance and further development of the chart of accounts

You'll be great for this role if

• You have 7+ years of professional experience in Accounting a similar position
  
  
• You have solid knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS and ideally experience with international subsidiaries
  
  

• You are proficiency in Datev and other accounting software; experience in ERP system implementation is an advantage

• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• You have experience in working with tax advisors and auditors

• You are structured, self-reliant working style with strong analytical and numerical skills
