Jabil is seeking a Principal Product Engineer to drive transformative growth within our Cloud and Enterprise Infrastructure division. In this role, you will apply innovative approaches to develop cutting-edge customer product solutions that shape the future of advanced compute platforms.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical: A strong balance of technical skills across product engineering, manufacturing processes, and advanced compute platforms.
• Judgment & Execution: Proven ability to apply experience-based judgment in execution and decision-making activities, ensuring programs stay aligned with customer and business priorities.
• Leadership in NPI: Expertise in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing programs from concept through delivery.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to partner effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Quality Focus: Commitment to meeting rigorous standards of performance and reliability in world-class manufacturing environments.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for product introductions and manufacturing performance for new compute platforms
• Strong ability to organize teams and drive the solution for multiple, complex problems hardware and software.
• Must be extremely detailed oriented while at the same time able to communicate complex issues in simple, actionable terms at all levels within the organization
• Must possess a strong balance of technical skills, experience-based judgment in execution and decision-making activities
• Strong ability to develop, grow and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships with peers, team members, executive leadership, customers and external partners at all times
• Provide thought leadership and direct engineering support to multiple manufacturing sites in the areas of product, test infrastructure, component and supplier expertise
• Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are both shared and implemented throughout the Jabil organization

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in the current field of work.
